1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Arcturus-9D-Council automated content publishing system (“the Service”), operated by Galactic Federation Spiritual Project (GFSP), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
The Service is an automated social media content publishing system that generates and publishes spiritual / consciousness-expansion content to multiple platforms including TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram/Threads), LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and X.
3. Use of Platform APIs
We use official platform APIs in their intended capacity. All content is uploaded directly through each platform’s authenticated API. We comply with rate limits and content policies of each platform, and we do not circumvent platform security or access controls.
4. Content Standards
All content published through the Service: originates from the authenticated owner (Hiroyuki Nagashima); aligns with each platform’s Community Guidelines; avoids prohibited content (hate speech, misinformation, copyright infringement); and targets adult audiences (18+).
5. Account Owner Responsibilities
The owner is responsible for all published content, compliance with platform-specific Terms of Service (TikTok, Meta, etc.), proper attribution of any third-party assets used, and securing API access tokens.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. The operator is not liable for content delivery failures due to platform API issues, loss of follower engagement or revenue, or damages arising from third-party platform actions (suspension, deletion, etc.).
7. Termination
The owner may terminate the Service or any platform integration at any time by revoking API access through the respective developer console, deleting environment configuration tokens, or contacting hikari716@gmail.com to request data deletion.
8. Intellectual Property
All original content remains the property of the owner. The Service does not claim rights over published content. Open-source components used by the Service are subject to their own licenses.
9. Compliance with Platform Terms
The Service is committed to full compliance with TikTok Developer Terms, Meta Platform Terms, LinkedIn API Terms, Pinterest API Terms, YouTube API Terms, and X Developer Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, where the operator is based.
