This Privacy Policy describes how Arcturus-9D-Council (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Galactic Federation Spiritual Project (GFSP), collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our automated social media content publishing system.
2. Information We Collect
From TikTok (and other connected platforms):
- Public engagement metrics for our own posts (views, likes, comments, shares)
- Basic account information of the authenticated user (handle, display name, profile picture)
- Video upload metadata (filename, content type, size, duration)
We do NOT collect:
- Personal information of viewers, followers, or other users
- Direct messages, private content, or non-public data
- Any data from accounts other than the authenticated owner
3. How We Use Information
Engagement metrics and account information are used solely for: internal performance analytics (conducted privately by the account owner), content optimization decisions, and system health monitoring. We do not sell, share, or transfer collected data to third parties.
4. Data Storage and Security
- All data is stored locally on the account owner’s secured device
- API access tokens are encrypted at rest in environment configuration
- No data is transmitted to external servers beyond official platform APIs (TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, X)
- Backups are stored in encrypted iCloud Drive
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following platform APIs in their official capacity:
- TikTok Content Posting API v2 — for video publishing
- Meta Graph API (Facebook, Instagram, Threads) — for content publishing
- LinkedIn API v2 — for professional content publishing
- Pinterest API v5 — for image pin publishing
- YouTube Data API v3 — for Shorts publishing
Each integration follows the respective platform’s Terms of Service.
6. User Rights
The account owner (Hiroyuki Nagashima) maintains full control over: all published content (can be deleted manually at any time), API access (can be revoked through each platform’s developer console), and all collected analytics data (can be deleted at any time).
7. Children’s Privacy
Our system is designed for adult content creators only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates when this Privacy Policy was last revised.
